Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your booking, please enter the Booking Reference Number and your last name.
Room Assignments
Please assign your guests to their rooms. Nominate their names to each room.

Terms and Conditions

1. You must be 18 years of age to book accommodation

2. Payment

  • At the time of booking, we will need a valid Credit Card or Debit Card on file and a valid email address and contact number
  • Your first night accommodation will be charged as a deposit at the time of booking
  • Balance of stay will be charged to your nominated card either on or before arrival as part of the pre arrival process
  • For Peak Periods - Balance of stay will be charged to your nominated card within 14 days of your arrival

3. You must provide a valid credit card and photo id in the name of the person whose card has been used to secure the booking. This requirement is irrespective of whether the payment has been made or not, prior to arrival.

 

4. Cancellations

a. Non-Peak Periods

  • Within 24 hours of arrival - first night stay (deposit) will be forfeited
  • Outside of 48 hours – deposit reimbursed (no cancellation fees)
  • No Show or day of arrival – the whole amount of the booking will be charged
  • Non Refundable Bookings - full fee forfeited*

b. Peak Period- Christmas School Holidays (20 December to 10 January)

  • Prepayment required 14 days before  arrival - If cancelled within 14 days forfeit full payment.
  • Outside 14 days - deposit reimbursed (no cancellation fees)
  • No Show or day of arrival –You will be be changed for the entire stay

5. Advanced Purchase /Non Refunable Bookings

      Full payment processed once booking received by property. Bookings will be cancelled where full payment cannot be processed unless prior arrangements have been made.

6. To make any changes to your booking please contact reservations during office hours to discuss options. There is no guarantee changes can be made.

7. Check-in time is from 2pm and check-out is by 10am. Requests outside these times can be arranged and may incur fees.

8. The property is non-smoking in all areas including rooms and common areas. Evidence of smoking will incur a cleaning fee charged back to the nominated card the room is booked under

9. A mid-week service is provided for bookings of a week or more

10. We do not accept ‘schoolies’ bookings. Any bookings suspected of being for this period can be cancelled or rejected at any time.

11. We have a ‘no party’ policy. We do not recommend staying with us for bucks, hens, birthday or any other private event. Bookings may incur addition costs and/or cancelations for these types of events.

12. Images and content on our website or any other medium may not be copied, saved or used in any way unless prior written consent has been granted.

13. We will not be in breach of the agreement or anyway liable to any party, if it is prevented from complying with this agreement by reason of act of God, act of public enemy, act of terrorism, war, earthquake, riot, explosion, compliance with any law or government restraint order, rule regulations, strikes, lockouts or any other cause not reasonably within our control.
